I guess a "zero" rating is impossible

I guess a "zero" rating is impossible. I couldn't have had a worse experience than this one. Tricked from the first second, lots of business opportunities gone to waste, the momentum of my offers completely screwed...all of the time I was crying for help, but nothing has been done. I would not recommend WIX, In fact / I would strongly advice against, please consider Wordpress !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. We’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks & cannot update our website! Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. The ‘computer says no’ seems to be their preferred response. No ownership of complaints. No escalation - one size fits all. Terrible...avoid at all costs!

Wix Will Not Delete Payment Information

A higher level of support contacted me and cleared this up; removed the payment method. It should not have taken me having to escalate this. They obviously do not let their support do this as they want people to think they have to be trapped into leaving a credit card on file when they do not. Improving to two stars from one, but still doesn't get a pass as Wix should not force you to keep a credit card on file if you have paid a year in advance. I called Wix support because of a technical display issue and every representative that I spoke to was so helpful, kind, and ensured I got the assistance I needed. It made the experience a lot less stressful and I felt confident in pursuing my subscription with them.

Price Hike Increase is Untenable

Like others, I was autorenewed at huge price increase and tried to cancel within the 14 day purported time perioid during which to cancel. I couldn't and hear nothing from them.Wix has now given me a full refund for the auto renewal charge that they had taken on my credit card. So, they treated me fairly in the end.

Wix won't take action against spammers

Wix will not take action against spam/scam websites. After starting to get bitcoin investment spam from a site hosted by wix recently, I contacted their support at their "reportphishing" email account and asked them to stop the offending site.Instead of taking action, they actually advised me to UNSUBSCRIBE from the spamming site, which will even alert the spammer of your unsibscribe action, thereby confirming to him that your particular email is valid and monitored. I had trouble with my store. Launching new products The first person that I spoke to wasn't as thorough as he should have been in hind site.. When I called back the next day I spoke to lady by the name of Anna who was very patient with me. She was brilliant in how she figured out what I had done wrong. Non-Existent Customer Service - Stay Away!

I bought a Domain through Wix because I read I could connect it to my existing website. My website company said I needed one more aspect directed to my site that I cannot do myself through Wix and advised me I had to talk to Wix to have them manually make the change.
