Wix Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Using it is easy but there are limitations to it.

PROS: It reminded me so much of Microsoft's Word or Publisher. It made things simpler for me in learning to make my own site. One thing that I appreciate with it is their videos. Their tutroials has everything you need to know.

Legit Company - Pretty Decent Customer Service

So I had previously left a bad review saying that their customer service was nonexistent that it was pretty much a scam that it was impossible to get refunds. This is not true and they called me back after I left the bad review and gave me a full refund on everything despite my policy being passed the refund date and the customer service was actually not bad at all. If you have trouble with customer service, ask to speak to a supervisor, same as any other company :).

Dodgy Auto renew

I had a website last year that i stop using due to covid and consequent loss of job and few days ago i found a charge for double the price on my credit card without notification, didn’t receive any email nor invoice for this auto renewal, tried to ask for a refund but they said i wasn’t eligible. But when I read most of them, it seems like they are written by people who have a lack of understanding of how Wix works, etc. The platform is amazing. What do you like best about Wix? Wix is the easiest website builder I've ever used. As a designer, I like the open canvas it gives me to fully display what I visualize for the website. It really makes building the website you imagine easy because it doesn't box you in with pixel counts, coding or the limits of a grid-based drag and drop system. That being said, they have a nifty search feature that assists with this tremendously!

I do have to pay a subscription to be able to use the Video making tool on Wix and send newsletters to my subscribers, but it is really worth it. The Wix experience of a tech-savvy user

PROS: Lovable and easy interface, above everything else. If you're not in the branch, or simply not in the mood, you don't like being overwhelmed by technical details, and I see that Wix people really know that. Discovering Wix was like being asked what type of website I need, especially when I found out that I get to modify and manipulate items with nothing but few clicks. They even provide a SEO plug in which you can use to add relevant keywords to your pages. I couldn't even ask for more!
