Couldn't be happier with my website
I have used Wix now for a month now, I have had one issue and it was something I had no knowledge of knowing how to fix myself. I started a chat with a Wix support worker and she managed to direct me straightaway to the problem. She greeted me so pleasantly as well, could not recommend Wix enough.

Issues with my newly purchased domain
I had issues with my newly purchased domain account - too long a story to tell here, but basically it had to do with my domain “not recognized as it was tied to some email address I had not used for years and no longer had access to (thanks to auto-populate). I ended up chatting with 4 Wix experts, the first one was not helpful but the last 3 (Carmen, Benjune, and Abbie) were helpful.
