Fast and Effective Customer Service
Fast and Effective Customer Service I have needed to reach out to the Wix CS team 2 times in the few weeks and it was worth it both times. I was having some issues in the Studio Editor that were not able to be resolved just from the online resources. Both times I got the solution quickly and easily. I am very pleased with their service.

Wix customer service is pretty darn…
Wix customer service is pretty darn good. They're quick and super explanatory, sending me support videos that walk me through the process. Friendly, available.

Love these service guys !!
I think they have an efficient and reliable support backup which is literally 24x7 which is amazing ! There is always a real person to chat or talk to who can provide a "human" ear and diagnose the exact problem which a lot of people who might not be technologically adept would find very hard to explain.

Thank you, Wix customer service!
I chatted with Wix customer service about reversing a charge – I was open going into it that it might not be possible, but the customer service agent was very willing to help me and did reverse the charge. I am SO appreciative and will definitely be sticking with Wix in future.
