Great Overall All-In-One Website Platform for Small Business
I've been using Wix for a few years now (used many other platforms as I'm a graphic designer.) I've created 2 sites with Wix and am highly satisfied with their all-in-one platform. Their customer service is excellent! You really can't go wrong using Wix.

I struggled for many hours to get access to my new website and Carlos helped me understand the process provided me with the logs and informed me next plan of action as wait for a few during the domain propagation time. Why I still choose wix
There is still a human-to-human contact between Wix and customers, besides being the first platform to have introduced a completely intuitive way of making sites without knowing how to code or program. Wix continues to update editors and introduces new features all the time.

My interaction with Joey was awesome
My interaction with Joey was awesome. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and did everything he could to help with the issue. He sent me videos, contacted other team members just to make sure I had the best experience and had the issue resolved.
