Takaysha solved more than one problem and sent me easy to understand, custom made videos related to fixing my issues. She was top notch! Wix consistently provides excellent customer support!

The best customer service time after time
I have been a WIX customer for nearly 3 years. I love the websites and options available but what I think is the best part is the customer service. I have had two instances where my email account which is linked to my website have bounced back. WIX have been amazing each time and talked me through fixing the issue - taking their time and patience as I am not tech savvy, I would not leave WIX due to the customer service - you do not get service like they provide elsewhere.

Payment/ Payout issue
I had a payout issue. Quick fix with the correct uploads to barfly my information. I was under a lot of stress but Dom made it easy fix to my account and I was able to receive the help I needed.
