Commendable Customer Service
I was able to build a website using wix that links to my four e commerce stores. The customer service representative walked me through what needed to be done and was extremely patient, kind and thorough. I couldn't be happier with their customer service.

Customer service that makes you happy
If we had more customer service like I just got with April on Wix the world would be a better place. She was friendly, really listened, didn't make me feel rushed, and very well versed on how to help me with my problem. Wow!

I've always been a WIX user and have always been happy with the platform
I've always been a WIX user and have built many client sites using their platform. It's an easy-to-use setup making site design a breeze, and their online support was quick to respond and just as quick to resolve. When I had a billing issue arise it was taken care of just as easily!

My techs Eddy and Melody were so…
My techs Eddy and Melody were so patient and helpful and by the end Eddy was able to be creative and solved my terrible and confusing problem in 5 minutes and never left me until I was happy happy happy. Thanks Melody for your patience and thank you my HERO Eddy!
