Customer service that does the job
I have a Wix site and know almost zero about technology, so it really helps that their customer service is super fast and super efficient and just fixes things

Le-Ann, from Wix Customer Service was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL!
I chatted with Le-Ann about downgrading our webhosting service to something cheaper and she was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! She made us feel at ease and walked us through the whole process.

Wix customer service operative Ian helped me with a website query today and I am so pleased with the way he handled the call. He was extremely patient, calm, and sorted out the issue promptly, he also helped me with other matters pertaining to my website. I love Wix and I feel confident that if I ever have an issue I can count on their support.

Issues always resolved quickly
I have been using Wix to create websites for 7 years and have always been happy with their support especially considering that at the moment I only have a free site. Previously I had a business so I paid for the domain and again help was always easy to find and issues resolved quickly
