Worth the two hour live chat
I spent two hours with a customer service live chat rep by the name of Jalen who was full of knowledge and extremely patient with walking me step by step to resolve my issue. It was a breath of fresh air - as I'm not tech savvy at all. I appreciate their help and it was the best experience I've had with website assistance as other companies customer service wasn't the greatest.

Absolutely impressed with Wix! As a small business owner, I needed a user-friendly platform to create my website, and Wix delivered beyond my expectations. The templates are fantastic and easy to customize, even for someone with limited tech skills like myself. The customer support team was also incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. I lost one of my web pages
I lost one of my web pages in the editor section of WIX, but their fantastic customer service assistant, Jose, helped me finx the problem and lowered my stress levels. I highly recoment WIX and their brilliant customer service team.
