WIX customer service rocks
WIX customer service rocks! As a small business owner you have lots of things on your plate. Trying to figure some of the nuances on your account/site can be frustrating. I contacted the customer service and was able to chat with Kevin, who listened to my issue and got it solved within 5 minutes! This is valuable!

Wix customer SVC is the best. I don't care when I call or chat, someone is always willing to help, and I do not feel rushed. They always care and offer ways to improve my Wix experience.

Fully satisfied with support and features on Wix
No doubt wix is the biggest platform among web builders. But i'm very satisfied for their great and cooperative chat support team. Also they have good features for marketing and SEO. overall i can confidently give 5 stars. Thanks Wix suppor team, Always helpful.

Great Customer Service and Easy to work with
Juan was extremely helpful in assisting me with working on my website pages. I am a novice at creating websites and Juan was so patient with my many questions. He explained the solutions with ease. I am grateful I decided to go with Wix.com instead of go daddy. I will share this with my colleagues.
