Customer service is great
I am not an expert with Wix... at least not yet. I rely on Customer Service to help me. Every time I call, I get great customer service with friendly people. My problem is always resolved quickly and efficiently.

For a small business owner, WIX has every capability you need to operate a website. I can easily build and edit my website. I can use it as a CRM to organize all my clients. I can also focus on my SEO to move up on the google rankings.

I had problems Siding into my account and subscription issues and I was able to connect with Brittany one of the customer service representatives. She was patient kind and understanding to my circumstances and walk me through everything step-by-step until the problem was solved. It’s hard to find companies that have goodcustomerserviceand wicks.com is top right when it comes to that
