Wonderful Support from Wix!
Alexandria of Wix spent time with me to help me improve my website AND was very kind and patient as well. Good humor! I have to say that my experiences with Wix Support have been awesome! Alexandria was terrific, as was Jeremy. So friendly and awesome!

I've really enjoyed using Wix.com
I've really enjoyed using Wix.com. I have very little experience with setting up a professional website and it has been very easy to use. The customer service is incredible. I always have access to someone when I need help and they are eager to help and very knowledgeable.

Outstanding capabilities and customer service
Really enjoy Wix's seamless integration of the web site with financial institutions for our charitable organization to receive payment for our fundraising events. The knowledge, professionalism, and graciousness of Andrea, your customer service rep, was icing on the cake.

Wix customer service was fast
Wix customer service was fast. At first they try to solve your problem with AI chat bot but allow you to go to a real person if problem is not solved. The real person was on immediately and was so knowledgeable about site domains. I use the Wix Business PRO with my online courses. It was easy to build my online school with wix in a matter of hours. Highly recommend for online courses!
