WIX Has Awesome Customer Support
Today I was editing our site. A pop-up window was displaying on the live site. I could not figure out the source. I connected with live chat and within a few minutes, the expert found it. She guided me through the steps to resolve the issue. Things are back to normal. The support was excellent!

Needed help and it was there.
I wanted to change my plan to a less expensive plan that suited my needs better. I used the chat service and Trae was my support person. He was very helpful and even asked to call me so we could talk in person. He was excellent and held my hand through the whole process including the refund process. Wix thanks for truly great customer service
