Needed help and it was there.
I wanted to change my plan to a less expensive plan that suited my needs better. I used the chat service and Trae was my support person. He was very helpful and even asked to call me so we could talk in person. He was excellent and held my hand through the whole process including the refund process. Wix thanks for truly great customer service

The customer service provided was extremely helpful even with a highly complex issue. Although the issue took some time, the customer service representative took the time to find work arounds and solutions.
