The last question they asked me on the survey was 'what is the main reason you would recommend Wix to friends and family?' That was a hard choice, because their products and services are so good, but it is the customer service that really helps my learning curve. So I put customer service number 1. WiX has a great product that makes getting websites up and running super-easy. I used to build sites from scratch, by hand-coding many many years ago, but the world of HTML5 and Javascript has left me way behind. So for someone who knows how to build websites from a design and functionality point of view, but just doesn't have the coding skills anymore, WiX is the ultimate answer. All the features of up-to-date HTML standards in a visual editor interface. Exactly what I need.

My Wix representative's name is Carolina Bourdet. She is incredible! Carolina spent AMPLE time to help me in the fullest of her knowledge and capability. Wonderful Support from Wix!
