I am obsessed with wix!
I am a new business owner, I found Wix after trying Gloss Genius, Shopify, and a few other sites. Wix is perfect and covers all bases for booking services and products. There are so many features and there are different subscriptions tailored to different needs. Whenever I have an issue, the chat box is a helpful tool, I usually can get it handled with the bot, but the people are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure the problem has a solution. Wix CS is the best I've experienced
Wix CS is the best I've experienced. As a small non profit, ever dollar counts. And Wix CS has helped us to work on our own site without having to hire a third party. MY CS rep today was so helpful, patient and kind. Wix wins with their CS!

I absolutely love the chat facility offered by customer services, the support and advice is amazing and easy to follow. I watched lots of the training videos but wanted some additional help when i got stuck so i contacted the online chat and they even sent me a screenshot video to help me understand the menus and drop downs i needed toi navigate to get to where i needed to be.
