Excellent Customer Support
I did not have to wait that long to be communicating with a real person. Alvin was so helpful and patient with my request. Made me feel valued. Walked me through the process almost like holding my hand but through technology and was timely in doing so. Very impressed!

The problem aries due to uncleared facts and knowledge. Creators have their own views and Points and the Users have their own and they often are not on same nod. so customer care and help with the perfect knowledge is must. That is the reason i awarded 5 stars

Fantastic service with getting my issue fixed!
I was having a serious problem with an automation that I just couldn't find on the site. Super frustrating but Catherine helped me fix it. It took some time to figure out where it was but she found the problem and I'm super happy! She was very professional and patient.
