warm customer service

Because mis-understood the renew or cancel date policy, we accidently turn-off the plan on the same day when we purchased it last year, so we asked a refund, customer service directed us step by step even our case was clear under the policy, without coldly deny our request. What a warm and understanding customer service! I definitely consider its service later if in need.

Fixed! My booking flow changed to 4 screens instead of 2
