Good Customer Support/Service
Issues are rare, but when they do occur there is a customer service agent readily available who will Live chat you through the fix or a work-around. Customer Service is everything nowadays, and Wix does a good job.

We had a connection problem. Kate at customer services was very helpful and easy to work with . Technical issues can be difficult but it was resolved for us easily.
