FIRST CLASS customer service - real people

WIX has real support staff with real people who speak English fluently and also speak and understand from e-commerce and websites. Their support staff is ON IT and have been consistently ON IT and supportive. It's an entire blossoming eco-system of ecommerce support that is aimed for small business. The best.
