All the time they will find support to Wix through their dedicated Custom Service Support Team.
I had some trouble with receiving my payments. I have contacted the Customer Care Support Team. Paul was the Expert who helped me to solve my Wix account issue. I would be likely to recommend Paul. He is very professional, IT knowledgeable and skilled, very polite, and patient and his work is customer satisfaction centred. It was a pleasure to meet him and to solve my Wix account issue so quickly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Paul!

Customer Support with Lex is a Breeze
Just hopped on a chat with Lex in Customer Support and was super impressed with the help. They offered quick and thorough responses--even offered new ideas and sent a step-by-step video of how to execute their new idea. That's above and beyond.
