PENSION TRANSFER NIGHTMARE.

Like the majority of reviews here I have found WTW to be totally incompetent, slow and use outdated methods. They say transferring a pension can take upto three months, I suggest they re write that to "will take a minimum of three months" I have been ringing them constantly for weeks to try to get the process moving, even though they have had all the relevant paperwork from me since June, they just give the usual excuses that they can't hurry their disinvestment team. Can't withdraw penssion

I requested to withdraw my pension 6 weeks ago and have received not response on my case. I registered a complaint and received an automated e-mail saying that complaints could take more than 4 weeks to resolve. The company is benefiting from its slow customer service. Based on past reviews, I expect to have to complain to the Financial Ombudsmen in England and Ireland to get a response. I would never chose to do business with WTW.

Unbelievably incompetent !

Unbelievably incompetent ! Might as well be talking to a brick wall, how this company hasn't been closed down by the FCA I have no idea. Nobody knows what they are talking about - avoid this outfit at all costs, don't trust them at all and worry about my pension being paid correctly and not being mismanaged.
