Did not decide to use this company. It was my ex - employers who decided to outsource and utilise their services so absolutely no say in the matter. Received some inadequate correspondence signed by an unknown individual which was clear as a quagmire to me. When I queried it, no acknowledgement whatsoever never mind a reply and/or explanation.
