I always feel safe with Widen. Uptime is outstanding. Widen staff are kind, understanding and knowledgeable. My organization needs routine access to our 30-year inventory of files. We need them every day and on the road ... and we need them fast. Widen always comes through for us. We don't feel like Widen is an "outside vender." Widen is a great service for storing all of our company's digital assets as well as for sharing them to key accounts and sales. It greatly reduced my time spent on doing the same thing - now all I have to do is tell anyone who needs an asset to go to Widen and I'm freed up to spend my time on other things. I'm looking forward to seeing what else they come up with because they always are improving what they and how they do it.

The redesigned layout provides an even better user experience.It is easier to navigate and search! There has definitely been improvements in utilization of whitespace and the page has a cleaner look and feel to it. Great job Widen! Widen has been a great service for myself and my colleagues. We use it to store and access all of our assets. Retrieval of assets is easy and its a great way to sort different files based on type, size and date. We have all been extremely happy so far!

An incredible company with second to none service.

Widen's digital asset management platform has been an integral part in elevating my career at American Woodmark. Prior to Widen's implementation of a DAM site, we had a Dropbox folder structure where we would have to manually share images everytime a request came in. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that with this solution we can organize and categorize huge amount of files into folders, collections and by metadata. We can easily search for items or reduce the collection as long as we have organize the files when they were all uploaded. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows me to easily organize assets and to add details to the assets. I personally use filters when searching for them. Widen is so easy to use!

What do you like best? I really enjoy being able to track asset use. We really like to be able to tell our teams where they are going on a certain project and make suggestions on how to get more visibility. It is also nice in order to send and share assets with each other. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is having to learn what insights are most useful for your company.
