What do you like best? What I like best about Widen is the fact that they are willing to learn about our processes and volunteered to adjust our DAM system to accommodate our user's workflow. Widen has been user-friendly with a slight, but manageable learning curve.

What do you like best? The meta-tag and search function. I also like the app version. What do you dislike? My manager would like a smarter search function. Recommendations to others considering the product My manager would like a smarter search function where a search query for "hospital" would not result in results for "hospitality." What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Right management and photos.

What do you like best? Easy access to all our libraries, work, and assets. Easy distribution and sharing to the company. What do you dislike? It could use some integration with marketing automation systems out of the box instead of as an add-on. Recommendations to others considering the product Know what you want to use it for, and what systems you plan to use with it. From a design perspective

What do you like best? Since starting to use the workflow, the most useful tool is that every comment and action is archived for future reference. there is no "he said/she said", it is all collected in the document. What do you like best? I appreciate the immediate response time from my Widen representative. Anytime I have a question or concern, I know it will get answered right away and I can proceed with my day knowing that it has been taken care of. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Widen UI is user friendly and with little training I managed to deliver quick results for each of my early adopters. The DAM searches are quick and highly efficient. With Widen DAM we don’t have troubles with sharing single-source assets. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? It is easy to use and navigate. I like being able to customize my dashboard. The category feature is very helpful for breaking up types of content that you could find.The bread crumb feature is also very helpful. The design is very intuitive. What do you like best? The user interface is so simply we can add new users quickly and easily and they can find assets with a minimal amount of training. What do you dislike? It is quality product with great set of features

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Widen software offers detailed and useful features without changing various styles of workflow. We even incorporated Collective as a training tool for newbies as a subject of metadata and archival and retrieval of content in general.
