Widen is a terrific Digital Asset Management (DAM tool. We've been using it for several years and we depend on it to organize our marketing assets and distribute them to a global team. Widen is one of the finest asset management systems I've had the opportunity to use. After a lengthy RFP process, internal systems and process assessments and a host of meetings revolving around workflow in general, Widen's Media Collective rose to the top as a selection that best fit not only how we worked but how we might grow in the future. They've proven the right choice again and again.

Our sales and marketing teams use Widen on a daily basis and it's made our jobs so much easier. We are finally able to access important assets in one, convenient location!

Widen is wonderful!

Widen is wonderful! We have thousands of product photos housed on our Widen DAM site. We are able to have one location for all of our images for our sales reps, retailers, & advertising agencies. It also provides an invaluable resource in terms of a visual photo library. Every metadata item is searchable. We use this across all of our lines of business. Widen also offers plenty of "help" resources. And if you can't find it there, the online chat is wonderful as well.

DAM Good System

Widen is a phenomenal tool for us. We have thousands and thousands of photos, digital advertising pieces, videos and more saved on the DAM. We are able to store all of our creative in one location and give access to our team and to the clients. We also allow partners to upload their own assets to the DAM to use for advertising. The metadata allows for easy searching and organizing. Very easy to use, and saves time. I would recommend Widen's DAM to anyone looking to organize their digital assets!

Our company started with Widen some years ago. After a lengthy search, Widen was far and above the best choice for our needs. The Widen staff made it easy to set up our site, and were always there to answer questions. Our company has many distributors and representatives, as well as several international offices, the site has made it very easy for all those who need assets to be able to get them quickly instead of coming to me and asking for them, the site has saved me an immense amount of time.

We've done a lot of homework and comparisons before we made our decision to go with Widen. It's the best, reliable DAM software. Most importantly, the supports is always prompt, right on. Their support staffs are well knowledge on their product. They would reach out to their engineers if they can't answer anything and get back to you. We've been very happy with Widen!

I always feel safe with Widen

What do you like best? Always feel safe. Uptime is great. Appreciate the staff. They are knowledgeable and kind. Like the ease of access to our large inventory. What do you dislike? Customizing can be complex. Been trying to solve an issue for a few years to help with "related assets", but it's seems to have been a back-burner issue.
