A breeze of fresh air in a world full of Zoom calls

What do you like best? Whereby rooms look smooth and modern, not ugly like other software. I like that my guests can enter my room with just 1 click without having to install anything or use a password or code. I also like being able to lock and unlock my room with just 1 click. I also like the recording option. What do you dislike? A downside is the lack of breakout rooms and the relatively low limit of participants in one room (50 if I'm not mistaken) so it's not useful ...

Excellent video conferencing software option

What do you like best? Good alternative to zoom or google meet. Superior in many ways to Webex and Join.me -- ultimately it works best for small meetings (fewer 10 people), but can handle large rooms now too. Video quality is better than Google but below Zoom in my opinion. The ability to use an API and have a URL for joining is really nice. The UX/UI adjustments is also very good. Overall it is priced fairly, and the company is very responsive for customer service. What do you ...

The room is always available and without the need to send a link before the conference call, which facilitates and speeds up the process. I'm a big fan What do you dislike? It could be simpler and have more ways to change the layout. I often want to put two people in evidence and this is not allowed Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great video platform but has limitations

What do you like best? The interface is very easy. Doesn't require downloads and you can have great backgrounds. What do you dislike? A lot of people have issues joining from different browsers. We find it only really works well with Chrome. People also can't dial in, which they feel frustrated by. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd recommend that it is perfect for internal team meetings under 12 people What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Whereby is easy to use and customizable, with great integrations

What do you like best? - No learning curve: I can just send a link, and no sign-up or Google or Microsoft account is required for my guests to join. This makes planning meetings easy and quick, and the technology literacy threshold low. - Great integration with YouTube and Google Sheets and Docs: we can watch videos with the sound synced and clear, and edit documents together right in window, and all of it is very intuitive. - Great customization options that provide guests with a ...

Proud to Bring Clients Into my Whereby Rooms

What do you like best? I love the simple branding options, UX design, and pricepoint. There are just enough bells and whistles to help you look smart in front of clients—the options and navigation aren't overwhelming. Also, the mobile app is GREAT when you're in a pinch or traveling. What do you dislike? Sometimes the connection punks out every now and then, but it's hard to blame that on the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
