The office is always mirrored so that remote workers can talk to members in the office.
What do you like best? You can make long-term video calls. I also like the low price of $9 and the ability to do that. What do you dislike? It's a bit erratic compared to other video calling tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We separate members who work in small offices from other remote workers. Although communication with remote workers is inevitably lacking, it is easier to talk by showing the office by Whereby ...

Great platform!
What do you like best? I love that you don't have to download anything - it's just a link that you can send someone and it's easy for them to click on. What do you dislike? Sometimes when people log on the camera and microphone don't work. The process isn't as smooth on mobile. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep it simple, share the link with people in advance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great value for money on video chat solutions
What do you like best? - Easy access through browser - Fair price for what's offered (sessions for up to 12 people, sharing screen, sharing files, chat window, turn on/off buttons for camera/mic) What do you dislike? - From time to time the video quality drops or it freezes (especially when sharing screen). Audio/video delay is also an issue sometimes. - It could be easier to share files (direct sharing, not only through Google Drive). - There could be an option for ...

Used Prior and During Covid
What do you like best? It was helpful that the room link was always consistent. What do you dislike? Sometimes the room limit (12) was not enough for our meetings and we would have to use a different video call program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our team meet virtually prior to the pandemic since we are in different cities. It was useful to connect via video and not just via slack messaging.

Why zoom if you have a decent alternative
What do you like best? Whereby is very easy to use. Fast and very easy access for every participant. Very stable connection and the best - in my opinion also very secure. What do you dislike? Sure, quality has its price. I hope that this price can be lowered in the near future. I also lack possibilities that I can already use with other providers as a matter of course. Here would be whiteboard, breakout session room and the possibility to arrange the screens of the participants ...

Good option for online meetings without annoying login and / software download
What do you like best? The fact that our discussion partners can simply join via link. No login, no downloads needed. It is really intuitive to use and screen sharing worked without any troubles. Like the fact that one can have a large number of dedicated rooms and URLs. What do you dislike? Room size in free version rather small (up to 4 people); repeatedly experienced sound issues (sound suddenly switches off, first / last words of sentence cannot be heard). Some people had ...

Great app, but taxing on my hardware.
What do you like best? The audio is solid, and the video quality doesn't waver. if you have a strong internet connection, Whereby is a great choice. What do you dislike? It's pretty taxing on my system. I have a 2015 Macbook Pro that I use for work, and we joke around that it sounds like a plane trying to take off. They only software that tends to have that effect is Whereby and Adobe Photoshop, Zoom doesn't even lock my system up the way Whereby does. We're about to switch over to ...
