No need for apps or software!

What do you like best? When engaging with clients for the first time, whereby is excellent as we do not have to spend the first five minutes of the call trying to explain about downloading software or apps and also where can they find their password to download apps, etc. With Whereby they are straight into it and first impressions are essential. What do you dislike? I suppose this is a problem with all video systems, if your client is on a mobile the signal might not be great on ...

Launch a visio call with just a link

What do you like best? Very easy to use: we share the link with the people with whom we want to interact. No one has to install anything. What do you dislike? I have been a whereby user for a few years and am now a pro customer. I can't find anything in the product that doesn't suit me. Recommendations to others considering the product: Made a try ! it's free to do video call up to 4 people What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Simple and user friendly

What do you like best? Whereby is super easy for everyone to use, still with enough features to make prfessionals happy. With an invitation URL you can remember by heart - it’s just that easy. What do you dislike? I miss the breakout room though. But then again, I guess they are working on something. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s just so easy your grandma will understand it in a second. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Simple, Elegant Videoconferencing Platform

What do you like best? Extremely accessible (immediate access with a single URL click; no downloading software or connecting through apps; immediately available on any device). Very simple but reliable interface for users. Excellent price point for the service received. What do you dislike? Would love to be able to broadcast meetings and activities to a broader audience (allowing open access for viewers), but otherwise I've been incredibly happy with the product. Would also like to ...

Whereby was great for remote working before it was cool

What do you like best? I love how there is no need to download software on the client site or my side. It works like you would expect screen sharing to work. No extra crap. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that when I upgraded it showed my face while I was screen sharing. I like to hide my face during meetings. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's super easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Whereby for multiple uses

What do you like best? Ease of use - no plugins - great for a lot of less sophisticated users. Super easy to say lets meet in my room for a quick chat or screen share. What do you dislike? Not 100% reliable. While very good, every once in a while, a user will not be able be seen or heard, or there are audio issues. BUT, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it for free - once you are comfortable, the paid plans are ...

Whereby is easy to use for newcomers and teachers

What do you like best? The ability to record locally and to manage my online classes is a very cool feature. Then, I just have to upload them to a video streaming service and it is good to go. Besides, no need to log in makes it easy for my clients. I also like the sharing features which allow me to share Youtube Videos, Google Drives files and more! What do you dislike? Not to complain so far. The tools are easy to use and the learning curve is not steep. It could include a ...

Most intuitive online meet up option

What do you like best? We usually offer a pleatora of courses and tutoring meet ups online and since the outbreak, the most stable and reliable platform has been Whereby. We are based in Chile, and other options like Meet, Jitsi and Zoom had a lot of connection troubles. Regarding sinchronization, other apps have problems with more than 6 guests. As you don't need to install an app it's also very easy to set up for newcomers and people that's not into web conferencing. What do you ...
