I can conveniently use the app on my phone
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is great that I can use the app on my phone to manage my time sheets. The location tracking feature is a big help as I can submit my miles when working offsite. Another great thing is I can manually enter and change my work hours. Finally, it is super that When I Work integrates smoothly with other systems I use like Active Hours. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The one drawback is the accuracy of the ...

What do you like best? My company has almost all remote employees, so having the capability to clock in to shifts from my remote location is in valuable. I also greatly appreciate the easy capability of requesting a shift to drop or swap with a colleague and also the ease of picking up a colleague's shift.
