Easy scheduling
What do you like best? Staff can have their schedule in real time, so there no confusion about scheduling What do you dislike? I dislike that the admin can only put scheduling out so far in advanced. When I Work cuts hours from scheduling
What do you like best? It is very easy to fill out our schedule including covering time off requests. What do you dislike? It is difficult for employees to accept their shifts on the phone app for more than 2 weeks in the future. I schedule at least a month in advance so I have to nag them to acknowledge their shifts unless they do it on the computer. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. What do you like best? The scheduling layout / interface is first rate. Easy to copy shifts, drag & drop, swap, etc. Handles everything from employee-initiated shift-swaps to vacation requests to time punches. All the interfaces are very clean and easy to use. What do you dislike? It's a minor issue, but the navigation icons are not very intuitive. Can be a little difficult to find the correct page, at times. It has some glitches, but it is definitely better than other time clock apps I've used
What do you like best? I love the timesheet tab where I can see when I clocked in and out. This helps me make sure my hours are being logged properly so there are no discrepancies on my pay check. What do you dislike? I often have trouble clocking in because the location device isn't exact enough. I will be in the store and the app will say I am too far away to clock in. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely say that they need to work on the ...
