When I Work saves me plenty of time

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think the interface is user-friendly and makes it easy to schedule employees. As an employee, I find it simple to check my shifts, swap shifts with other workers, and request leaves. There is a useful phone app as well as ‘reminder’ features that remind me by email or text message about a scheduled shift. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Simple and useful, but could be better

What do you like best? It's good to be able to filter shifts to see my own or open shift. Fairly intuitive format to use. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't filter to see shifts by location. It makes it hard to see who is working the same location as you. The calendar isn't live and doesn't sync easily to google/apple, which is frustrating. Simple convienent platform.

What do you like best? I like that I can request time off here and also see my fellow coworkers schedules. What do you dislike? Honestly, nothing. I wish this system could integrate with ADP so that I could also use this platform for time and attendance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the issue of managing requests more efficiently.
