We allow our employees to do some work from home where they can easily add to their time sheets. Scheduling employees is easy especially when they put their preferences and availabilities in. When I work has good scheduling features
What do you like best? I like that you can use the app to switch shifts with other workers as well as the fact that there are descriptions for the time slot you are alotted. I also enjoy the early reminders before work. What do you dislike? I do not like the process to take work off or that if you drop a shit the fact that it will leave you on the schedule unless someone else decides to take the shift. sometimes it can be a real life communication but wont happen in time on the app. ...
