Great Simple Staff Scheduler
What do you like best? After looking at multiple systems for scheduling we came across When I Work. It is simple to use and our employees love it. We allow our employees to do some work from home where they can easily add to their time sheets. Scheduling employees is easy especially when they put their preferences and availabilities in. When I work has good scheduling features
What do you like best? I like that you can use the app to switch shifts with other workers as well as the fact that there are descriptions for the time slot you are alotted. I also enjoy the early reminders before work. What do you dislike? I do not like the process to take work off or that if you drop a shit the fact that it will leave you on the schedule unless someone else decides to take the shift. sometimes it can be a real life communication but wont happen in time on the ...

What do you like best? I really like the UI and the ability to add templates for my scheduling, notifications and the customer support. What do you dislike? Nothing really comes to mind. I have a free account with them and have no complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Weekly schedules for the support team

There are various options when putting in availability so you're able to put down specific times, of when you'll be both available and not. The interface is also very easy to use, and customer service is quick to respond. What do you dislike? I can't differentiate between employees on an hourly wage and contractors paid per each class they teach versus hours.
