Makes Scheduling Easy!
What do you like best? It's scheduler is easy to use and I love that you can save templates for shifts to make it a breeze. What do you dislike? I do wish it was a bit easier to use at first. It didn't take a lot of time, but there was definitely a learning curve. I also would have liked it if they had a support phone number. What problems are you solving with the product? When I Work streamlines what used to be a hectic iCalendar/Google Calendar
What do you like best? It makes scheduling yourself for weeks at a time a breeze! It’s like iCal but for your coworkers and supervisor to view too. No more excel docs or long emails from the boss to the entire staff in order to outline the work schedules every.single.day. What do you dislike? The formatting on the calendar is a little wonky sometimes on both my computer and mobile device; the time slots sometimes extend outside the box, making them impossible to click on. Past shifts ...

Great solution. Just didn't work for us.
What do you like best? When I work is a great solution. We were very impressed by what we saw in the demos for how this solution could streamline our scheduling process. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, once we signed on with When I Work it became apparent that the solution was not going to work for us. We simply had too unique of a scheduling requirement for how we work with billable and non-billable clients that the system could not support. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? WIW was user friendly and didn’t make seeing schedules too complicated. You could see your schedule and where you were scheduled as well as with who. What do you dislike? The push notifications would sometimes not work or you wouldn’t get notified of changes. What do you like best? It's convenient and really useful. Helpful for scheduling. I like that it syncs with my phone calendar. What do you dislike? I sometimes wish it had a calendar view.
