Good reliable business software
What do you like best? As an employee I love how it makes it easy for me to see my schedule and, more impressively, to swap shifts, drop shifts, and pick up shifts from other team members. For employees who work part time and need hours this is a very valuable service. What do you dislike? Great scheduling app.
What do you like best? I like the reminders each day whenever I have a shift. I also like the ability to set my availability and request time off and drop/swap shifts right from the app. I love the calendar view because it helps me plan out my week and see upcoming shifts. When I Work is helpful because it allows managers to release the schedules weeks (and even months ahead of time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy of transition between schedule and payroll system. Integrates perfectly with gusto payroll. You can easily have staff set their availability and request time off, so no need to fiddle with excel or keep up with requests.
