"A key part of our staff engagement programme"
What do you like best about WeThrive? It's quick and easy to set-up surveys, and it's quick and easy for staff to fill it in. We can look at the data at organisation level, site level, by staff groupings, and at an individual level where follow up will be helpful in a review meeting

What do you like best about WeThrive? The way you can see the company, teams and individuals and really drill down into how and where the teams are feeling the pressure or indeed where the company is succeeding.

"Excellent opportunity to learn about what your team needs"
What do you like best about WeThrive? I found the opportunity to understand my team's comments in the context of their cognitive engagement with their work, their comfort, confidence and capability. It made it much easier, as a manager, to understand any themes across the team and identify possible actions for the future.

What do you like best about WeThrive? The system od frictionless - I especially like that you don;t have to complete a survey all in one go What do you dislike about WeThrive?

"Much more than a survey platform"
What do you like best about WeThrive? The surveys are grounded in academic thinking and the 4C model. This is really easy to explain and grounds the survey results into meaningful areas to explore. I love the fact we can use pulse surveys for lots of different activities - we have used it to track progress before/after learning programmes.
