What do you like best about WeThrive? WeThrive is an amazing platform for measuring employee engagement. It's also user-friendly from our HR team's point of view, as we are able to filter the results by location/department to produce easy-to-read graphs.

Our team has found the system very easy to navigate and user friendly. What do you like best about WeThrive? It's quick and easy to set-up surveys, and it's quick and easy for staff to fill it in. We can look at the data at organisation level, site level, by staff groupings, and at an individual level where follow up will be helpful in a review meeting
