Great for Expenses
What do you like best? I personally enjoy using their automated receipt allocation that has made my life a lot easier. What do you dislike? I have found that sometimes things can be hard to find from an admin point of view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient than our last expenses provider, from both an claimant and admin POV.

What do you like best? The app is fantastic. Really easy to use from an end user point of view and simple to setup from an administrators perspective. What do you dislike? We have noticed that downtime for the service has become more frequent as of late, but the team do usually keep us informed with timescales for getting things back up and running. What do you like best? It is easy to use from the first click. Maximum customisation for your needs and still keeps all as automatic as possible. What do you dislike? It's been quite good. The support has been amazing.
What do you like best? The software is very simple and streamlined. Easily accessible and managed even by large organisations. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Had a few issues during implementation but were quickly resolved by support. It always is a case with any new software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Got rid of paper reimbursements. The process now is very transparent and agile not to mention sustainable too!

What do you like best? We manage our expenses through WebExpenses (both cash reimbursement and company card reporting) and have found it to be user friendly and easy for our staff. The receipt uploading and attachment is very helpful as well as the intelligent matching. What do you like best? I needed help to log back into my account but it had locked me out. I emailed for help....and received a response within minutes. Help is there 24/7. I was able to log back in with the link that was sent to me and and was immediately able to log back in - Excellent Service! What do you dislike?
