A really intuitive and efficient system to use as a claimant

What do you like best? - Autocalculation of mileage based on postcodes makes inputting mileage claims so much quicker, easier and accurate. I can input the claim as a home worker without going into the office. - The Auto Character Recognition (ACR) function makes matching credit card transactions to receipts so easy. Every time I have a receipt, I take a photo on my phone, throw the receipt away and then match it up to the transaction when it comes through. It's so quick and easy. ...

Quick and easy submission of expenses

What do you like best? The ability to take pictures of my receipts on my phone and either save them to attach to a claim later (such as credit card expenses once imported) or attach it directly to my claim item. Web expenses - making it easy

What do you like best? I think the app for both Apple and Android are really easy to use and the whole system is very easy to navigate and to upload receipts and fill in the information. Easy & convenient.

What do you like best? As an end user of webexpenses I find it very easy to use. I’m a field based sales person so am always on the go and find the App on my phone very convenient. I particularly like being able to take a photo of the receipts and parking Pay & Display tickets as they come day by day and upload them to my expenses folder for the month. What do you like best? Easy to use. All screens show a list of employees and can order how you want. Reports are easy to export and print. What do you dislike? The split between Credit Card and Cash Claims isn't that clear. Employees only receive the same e-mail when they are approved and would rather have a different response for each. Used this tool twice now and really find it useful.

What do you like best? Ease of building and submitting, it takes minutes, scan receipts, build claim and submit. What do you dislike? No complaints, the system does what is needed.
