PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’ve been able to track my expenses more efficiently with Webexpenses. I can hold myself more accountable to my spending. There’s no reason for me to fail in this aspect because of how easy it now is to upload my receipts on Webexpenses’ online database. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We’ve now welcomed our financial tracking into the 21st century by finally (finally!) going paperless and uploading all of our expenses data online. What do you like best? Great app which links to desktop site so you can take photos of receipts as you go, so purse isn't brimming full of receipts come the end of the month. Also more environmentally friendly being a paperless system and saves forms being lost or having to wait on a physical signature from managers which can hold up expenses being paid. What do you like best? The app is absolutely brilliant - easy even for techno-phobes! What do you dislike? Nothing so far - the training and app have really impressed us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A huge benefit for us is time saving - especially with chasing approvals. The mileage calculations are also a great improvement for us and our reporting.

COmapred to previous system, WebExpenses is a vast improvement

What do you like best? Not having to print anything. The system is fast and pretty intuitive too. What do you dislike? There are a few small areas that could be improved. Reducing button presses etc. Generally very good though What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reduced printing (and the time associated with that). Approval process appears to be simple and effective.
