What do you like best? Integrates with CIPHR our hr system Taking photos of receipts and assigning them to the right categories What do you dislike? Would be nice if the images of receipts were bigger so I could see which ones are which when looking to associate it with a claim What problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The program works well enough, but if there’s anything worth commending about this, it is the team working to make sure that users get the best experience out of it. Here’s a little anecdote: I found myself locked out from my account and I really, really needed to access my data at that moment. Excellent software and support

What do you like best? Easy to use interface and fantastic support when needed. Friendly staff. What do you dislike? Can be slow to load different pages and a lot of page changing needed. Looks nice but sometimes not functional. Recommendations to others considering the product: use support What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Costing expenses properly. Division and company options are very useful.

Sophisticated system with great support

What do you like best? The variety of settings, limitations you can set is truly amazing. Definitely have to mention the fantastic support who always respond pretty much immediately, and solve my problems just as quick. What do you dislike? DOES THE JOB, EASY TO USE AND GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

What do you like best? Decent interface - capacity for assistant to manage many profiles. What do you dislike? We don't actually utilise the tool to it's fullest - there are many features which we probably need to spend some time learning such as receipts, report downloads. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is posisble for staff to input their own info and for assistants to manage theit profiles to submission.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really love how intuitive this program is. It makes expense tracking so much easier and a lot more flexible for its users--all without being too complicated. It works smoothly with Sage too, another program that we use in our company.
