What do you like best? Ability to upload receipts in the field, to take photographs of receipts and upload. Ability to add to claims, approve claims, and do all other functions from my phone or at my desk. What do you like best? The Android and ios mobile apps make snapping photos of your expenses easy and automatically sync with the online portal making expnses claim submissions more time efficient. What do you dislike? We would love for WebExpenses to have a more automated link with SAP. What do you like best? Easy upload to our accounts package saves much time manually entering each line of claim. Can refer back to past claims and check for duplication of claims. Users can tell whether their line manager has approved them before they start chasing me for payment! Very easy to set up new users or categories. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We needed a program that would have the flexibility to adapt to our complex work processes and needs. So far, Webexpenses has been the only one to fit these specific criteria that we have set. We worked with their team to have everything set-up, and they were able to do so very efficiently. Really easy to use

What do you like best? Using the iPhone app, it's really easy for me to log my expenses when I'm travelling rather than waiting until I'm back at the office. I don't have a massive backlog to input at the end of the month. What do you dislike? I genuinely can't think of any downside. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much greater time management and also keeping on top of my monthly expenses expenditure.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? For an expense management tool, Webexpenses surprisingly gives room for play to its users. The design and layout are fairly simple, but I’ve been able to tweak some aspects of it to my preferences. It’s relatively easy (one can even say interesting) to get to know too. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We’ve managed to reduce the bulk of our admin work thanks to Webexpenses. Now, we don’t have to go through piles and piles of receipt just to produce a report. The whole transition to this paperless technology of tracking our expenses has been relatively painless thanks to the Webexpenses team too. This is definitely a tool that everyone can benefit from.
