Easy to use expenses submission

What do you like best? It is a simple, user friendly, intuitive system with good functionality. It enables me to easily/quickly submit my expenses. My manager usually approves within minutes and accounts then pay it within a few days, so always received before the credit card bill. What do you dislike? Easy to work out and use

What do you like best? Working from the receipt, rather than the expense narrative. Having come from a different web based system it took a little while to work out that by working from the receipt page life becomes so much easier than before. What do you dislike? What do you like best? That I am able to upload recipts for web expenses. There are simple drop down boxes and explanations for each item. I can do this via web from my tablet and it is quick and easy to use. What do you dislike? Be handy if things like title were pre populated and if monthly expenses had a 2 and from date. Quick and easy expense management.

What do you like best? Whether using my phone or a web browser I can easily compile my expenses and receipts to be claimed back from my organisation. Claims can be entered in any currency meaning I don;t need to worry about exchange rates etc. What do you dislike? A good way to streamline the expense reporting process!

What do you like best? I like the way systems are integrated for us. The banking info flows in, the receipts are OCR'd in and matched to the banking transactions, very neat. I know that people would like to have the full thing automated so they don't have to touch anything, but that's yet to come. ;-) What do you dislike? Not much to report. Our receipts are now in a more centralized place.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Going paperless has never been this easier! Webexpenses has allowed me to consolidate all of the company’s receipts in its database. Now, obtaining reports and get approval for claims are so much easier. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The reports, admittedly, can still be improved, aesthetic-wise. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like the degree of care that Webexpenses’ customer support team gives their users. The tool is easy to use in the first place too.
