for the most part the system functions well with a clear audit trail and it's very intuitive

Relatively Smooth Experience - Receipts Hit or Miss
What do you like best? It's fairly straightforward to do all my expenses in WebExpenses. They continue to streamline and make the process more intuitive and helpful for employees. It doesn't take me long at all to get done what I need to. I like the auto-categorization and hope that it continues to improve. What do you dislike? Easy and Simple to use
What do you like best? The app makes things really easy - you can take a picture of the receipts on your phone, start a claim, add items to the claim, choose the approver and everything you can also do in the web browser What do you dislike? The feature to split a claim doesn't work, example - if there is a £30 a head limit for meals, and you pay for both, you can add attendee/split the claim but the £30 limit isn't then doubled. What do you like best? I like the ease of use and how this system is much quicker and less complicated than previous systems we have had in the past. What do you dislike? What do you like best? How intuitive it is. Since the very first time that I used it to claim corporate expenses I didn't have any doubt which was the next step. What do you dislike? I don't have any complain about it. I am totally happy with this platform. Really makes my job a lot of easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I can do the whole process on my phone, and use the web interface for complex tasks and reviewing everything. What do you dislike? Helped my monthly expense process
What do you like best? It's great at reading the detail on receipts. It enables me to forward on emails with receipts or take pictures on the go, therefore I don't find myself with hours of admin at the end of each month. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything yet. It is still early days as I'm in the 2nd month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It should create at least an extra 2/3 days per month from a team of 8.

What do you like best? I love that webexpenses allows you to easily file your expenses into the correct category and has full credit card pull through functionality. What do you dislike? Quick and easy to use
What do you like best? The site is very easy to navigate and the process is extremely efficient. It's great being able to digitally upload receipts and submit multiple expenses at once. The new app is great too! What do you dislike? There isn't anything I particularly dislike about WebExpenses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The system is so quick, it takes the longevity out of submitting expenses each month.
