Very easy tool

What do you like best? Webexpenses really is user friendly and makes the whole expense claim process smoother. It is easy to store receipts and having an app available as well is very handy. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike! 100% in favour of using such a tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it gives the opportunity to go paperless and store receipts as you receive them by just taking photos through the app.

The smart way to process expenses

What do you like best? How easy it is to intergrate with our exisiting accounting software and the time/cost saved with the single click data intergration. ACR technology on receipt data capture is very acctuate. It avoides staff having to retype information once they have taken a picture of the receipt making claim submission process very straight forward. Expense policy intergration is smart. Easy to use on the move and makes keeping track of expenses exceptionally easy

What do you like best? Being able to add receipts to the app while on the move to add to a claim later makes it much easier to keep track on top of claiming expenses What do you dislike? What do you like best? Copy-Paste feature is great. You copy your old claim.and just modify few details and your new claim is ready. You don't have to type everything again. It doesn't ask to update your password every now and then which is just frustrating thing to do. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Automatically matching receipts to the credit card items is a really, really handy feature. That feature alone has sped up my expense submissions dramatically. What do you like best? The process is very simple, from logging on to completing the various information. The travel calculator is very useful and saves a lot of time. Easy to use

What do you like best? This system is great because it's easy to use & very user friendly making doing my expenses painless and quick. It also makes my job a lot easier when showing other colleagues how to use the web portal. Really easy expenses claims

What do you like best? The way you can claim mileage expenses really easily with drop downs and good mapping. Couldn't be easier. What do you dislike? So far nothing. Everything is working well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems. Just a huge time saving from the old ways of submitting expenses claims. It used to take hours now it's a matter of minutes.

What do you like best? The customer service is extremely helpful, bother over the phone and via their website. What do you dislike? In certain cases there is a lack of flexibility when trying to correct errors made by claimants, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
