Great Tool for Processing Expenses with ease.
What do you like best? Webexpense Saves time and is easy to use. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike.. Its simple and keeps everything in one place. Responsive & flexible
What do you like best? Well written responsive website & mobile app, very customisable to fit a wide variety of client needs, and good quality support. What do you dislike? Took a while to get set up, but we realise that this is required to properly gather requirements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No longer gathering paper or Excel expense forms and dealing with envelopes of unsorted receipts.

Simplifying Expenses and Corporate Cards
What do you like best? User interface - both online and mobile! Users can do their expenses in a medium they like - and also capture as they go. The system also differentiates between Expenses and Corporate Cards. What do you dislike? The permissions takes time to understand - particularly if you are using it for more than one company and need delegate access/authorities - that being said the Help Centre were able to explain how to get what we wanted. Quick simple especially working with African Rand
What do you like best? The simple sheet needed to enter details of my expenses What do you dislike? The way I have to individually attach each receipt to each entry! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Aggregates the total of the expenses that are coming back to me.

Makes Life Easier
What do you like best? Keeps receipts in one place easy to use easy to move directly into Sage at the end of each month What do you dislike? cannot find receipts linked to a claim later. This makes it very difficult when you need to track a specific receipt or pull out selective ones for Audit. This is a big issue for me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simpler way of moving expenses into Sage

What do you like best? Ease of entering claims. No paper! ****** What do you dislike? Was of the impression that we could produce a Bacs file but this is currently unavailable. Not great for talking to Sage Uploading of receipts is easy in the app but more cumbersome in the desktop version Recommendations to others considering the product: Webexpenses does not integrate with Sage 200 and you cannot create a bacs file. Quick and easy to use!
What do you like best? How simple to attach receipts to nominals What do you dislike? Not being able to link to accounting software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lack of reciepts being obtained by our employees, they are bale ot snap a picture as soon as they have spent the money.
