So Easy To Use!

What do you like best? I liked how quick it is. it takes literally a of couple minutes to enter a few details, upload a photo receipt and submit - job done! What do you dislike? The first time i used it, it took a while to figure out what bits did what, but once you have uploaded one expense form, its very easy after that. What problems are you solving with the product? Changes to the hierarchy

What do you like best? We recently had to change the way our hierarchy was set up and once a cost was agreed, it was all done without any fuss. I tried to help along the way and comms with Chris who was running it for me could not have been better. What do you like best? I manage the expenses for our company and it saves me loads of time in data entry and means all of the receipts are now paperless! What do you dislike? Very smooth and efficient process

What do you like best? Webexpenses is very easy to use and has a great user interface for those submitting claims. The simplicity in filing expenses and uploading receipts is very helpful. What do you dislike? There could have been clearer expense policy figures. For example the mileage allowance is not view-able on it's own, you have to put in some miles and work backwards to figure out the rate. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Webexpenses is very easy to use. It makes uploading information and receipts easy and allows you to track the progress of your claims. What do you dislike? Very User friendly and keeps all you claim records organized

What do you like best? The list which appears on the home screen is really very helpful as I can browse through all claims at a Glance. Efficient and helpful tool

What do you like best? I think it is very helpful that they have a app which means you can instantly upload your receipts. There are category descriptions to help ensure you are uploading the right category for your claim which I also think is very useful. What do you dislike? There isn't a lot i dislike with Webexpenses. You can edit a claim without going into it and that quick view sometimes provides less options, but that is easily overcome by going into the claim. App experience is amazing

What do you like best? So easy to add transactions via the app - take a photo of the receipt and it automatically pulls the date, amount, etc from it. A couple more clicks and it's added to the claim ready to submit! What do you dislike? Smart, quick but could be slightly better

What do you like best? There is no paper work and you can add receipts as you go. Easy to see the calculations against your credit card statement. You can copy a claim over if you have similar receipts like taxis What do you dislike? You can't save a draft expense if you are missing information and you have to add a person's name and job title. What do you like best? Nice and simple to use... and be done on all I.T equipment... can scan receipts from your phone and upload directly to your monthly expenses report and it work all the VAT out for you. What do you dislike? Nothing it's a really easy system to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
