Finally a way to track the progression of your claim!

What do you like best? Its so easy to attach the receipts, send an email to the approver & then track the progress of your claim. I really like the way you are able to clearly keep track on the ongoing claims. You are able to put subtitles for each claim & therefore you are able to keep them organised for both you & you manager. Easy and quick to use, great for submitting expenses when in a hurry!

What do you like best? I really like the way the application allows you to submit your receipt photos, and match to a claim made, makes life so much easier. What do you dislike? Trying to align fuel receipts to my mileage claim What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really easy to use, which means i can quickly submit my claim, and get back to my outstanding daily tasks, this is a quick win for me.

What do you like best? It's quick and incredibly easy to use. The format of the website is seamless and incredibly user-friendly. Fantastic tool to keep track

What do you like best? Storing all my receipts in one place is fantastic and adding them to transactions stops a bag log at the end of each month What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind, the user interface is great on the browser and the apps What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With all invoices together and attached in one place I can submit them on a weekly basis preventing a huge back log for accounts at the end of each month.

An excellent resource allowing you to keep up with the pace of modern day expenses

What do you like best? The efficiency of the process and simplicity of additions and submission. Within my role there's always a variety of associated expenses, not just the usual business mileage for example, yet I can always submit these with ease. What do you dislike? Occasionally postcodes don't relate to locations however this is usually to do with 'new developments' where the roads may not yet be registered - When highlighted this issue has always been resolved quickly. ...

What do you like best? I like the best how easy it is to claim our expenses at WebExpenses... It ever fills out most of the claim for us! What do you dislike? I have used other "claim expenses" tools but the workflow was always flawed and you could not pick exactly what you needed. In WebExpenses this is perfect. Workflow, data... simply great!

Fast and efficient

What do you like best? With their release of the mobile app, this enables me to quickly snap photo's of receipts when on the move knowingly I can now upload directly from the mobile. When first introduced being able to do expenses online as opposed to a spreadsheet or an internal application isn't much of mundane task as it used to be as you can copy and paste quickly from historic claims easily. Clean and intuitive way to manage expenses

What do you like best? Good reporting and visibility of expenses. Use of mandatory fields and the ability to manage both multi currency and copy records. What do you dislike? Propose an expense record based on receipts images is not very reliable, especially for reciepts outside the uk. It doesn't propose an accurate or useful record. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps to drive approval policy and get necessary approvals
