Simple, effective system
What do you like best? User friendly, scope to customise screens and inputs. What do you dislike? Not so much an issue with Webex, but where claimants have no VAT knowledge this can create risks, so further resource is required to manage those risk. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enforcing expense policy. Forcing correct VAT treatment / input VAT claims.

Easy to use
What do you like best? The mobile app for use on the go is hugely beneficial What do you dislike? The app can occasionally run slow and kick you out when an update is needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Using the mobile app is far batter than the website What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to do my expenses on the go is a life saver no more scanning receipts

WebExpenses is very helpful!
What do you like best? I love the way that WebExpenses suggests which receipts would correspond to each item. This makes matching receipts so much easier and WAY FASTER! What do you dislike? The UI was a little hard to get used to at first, but once I learned my way around it has become easier. Could use a little work though. It could help if the titles of the tabs on the lefthand side would be labeled in ways that were more accurate to their job. I had a tough time understanding ...

Simple interface, simple expenses!
What do you like best? Simple drag and drop feature for attaching receipts. What do you dislike? Viewing a picture/receipt doesn't open in to a new tab, so I have a habit of closing the website when trying to exit the image. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd highly recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed and efficiency of payments. Completing expenses is less arduous.

Excellent Expenses System
What do you like best? Ease of use, access to all previous claims What do you dislike? Moving images can be tricky if you need more than 1 for an individual expense line Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth trialing the package What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster approval and improved record keeping

Great simple software
What do you like best? the ability to upload receipts and view all approvals in one place What do you dislike? slightly clunky UI, could look and feel better What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we had an in house expence solution that didnt work very well, since moving to web expenses both finance and management are much happier with our expenses process

What do you like best? how easy it is to upload my expenses and take pictures of receipts and the use of the app What do you dislike? nothing, it's a great product. easy to use so as far as I am concerned its great What problems are you solving with the product? Straightforward, intuitive way to process expenses claims
What do you like best? Ease of use, multiple platforms and hassle-free! What do you dislike? Very little to dislike, but initially the submission procedure took a little time to get to grips with What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Webexpenses makes filing and approving expenses from staff who located in different offices a breeze, saving dozens of hours over the course of a year

Positive Feedback on Webexpenses
What do you like best? User friendly for both input & approval. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I particularly dislike with Webexpenses. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a go What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main benefit to me is the removal of the requirement to store paper copies of both the claim and the back-up documentation.

Fantastic operating system
