What do you like best? Simple, speedy. Can add a receipt and item while travelling. What do you dislike? The system occasionally grabs the wrong data from receipts so you need to carefully check the amount of a claim before submitting What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Very easy to use, modern, efficient. You can control the volume of notifications, and bulk-approve multiple expenses (in contrast to the holiday/leave approval app my organisation has bought) What do you dislike? Very little. What do you like best? Easy to use interface, accessible without needing to install any software What do you dislike? Helpdesk feedback is slow and doesn't "close the loop" with the person reporting any issues (the user has to chase and/or check for fixes themselves) What problems are you solving with the product? Quick and easy system, take a pic of receipts - revolutionary

What do you like best? The ability to take pictures and upload receipts quickly and easily What do you dislike? Occaisionally feels clunky, moving between screens. As an authoriser, as its easy I get more frequent claims Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Webexpenses has excelled with this system's simplicity of use. Its a very intuitive system and the multiple ways to get receipt images into your "My Receipts" section is very helpful. The implementation was complete in 4 weeks from a cold start and the support given and modifications and tweaks were dealt with very promptly.
